Next Day is First Day of School!

Yes! You read it right, next day, the day after tomorrow, is the first day of school! It's on Tuesday because Monday is Charter Day. I'm so so so excited! I'm so happy about it! I get to see my classmates again and teachers! And i'm going to have more opportunities to come, just like what i said on my previous post. School days are so meaningful to me. I'm not like other students who don't like school. I mean, are they out of their mind? School is where you learn how to become successful in life. If we didn't have the right education, we won't get a good job.

Oh, well, back to me, i'm going to be a sophomore! 2 more years to go for me to be in college! Time runs so fast! Before i know it, i'd be taking courses. My family, especially my father, plans me to study in UP in Manila! I hope that would come true! That's it for now! Bye!

Favorite Show!

Hi everyone! It's me again! I would just like to tell you that "Boys over Flowers" rocks! I watch it everyday, on weekdays on ABS-CBN! I like their songs, eventhough i can't understand them, just like this one:

Well, back to my favorite show, do you know why I like it? It is filled with romance and comedy! It is both romantic and comedic all together!

New Layout!

Hi everyone! Thanks for viewing my blog! I had just renewed my layout today because my first self-made layout became a mess! Now, as you can see, i made my layout neat. Thank you very much for DollieCrave for the background and headers. I really love their backgrounds that's why i used them! And see the result! I like it! Thank you also for LoveMyProfile for the blog views counter. Do you know why i chose "Story of my Life" as the Blog title? It's because what I'm writing in this blog are some of my stories of my life! Simple as that, right? I also got it from one of the songs of Jordan Pruitt, entitled, "Waiting for the Weekend". Summer 09 Almost Ending!

Hurray! I'm back for blogging! Ok, this time, i'm going to tell you about my summer vacation. Well, we stayed at home most of the time. We also went to the beach! It is so much fun seeing the landscape of the area! It was a once-in-a-lifetime event for summer. Well, back to spending most of my vacation. I spent most of my vacation by taking care of our baby brother, surfing the net, playing badminton with my sister and mother, playing chess, shopping and grocery at our local department store and grocery store, watching tv, listening to music online. Even though it is kind of boring only staying at home, we made the best of it! We enjoyed every minute, second, of it. We watched our favorite tv shows like Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, ABS-CBN(Philippines only), HBO, AXN, Star World (American Idol), Star Movies, TV5(Philippines only), Mtv, Channel V, Btv, and CS9. We visited our favorite sites like Friendster, Facebook, Multiply, Imeem, YouTube, Yahoo!, Wikipedia (for various information), Google, and many more. We had lots of fun (and lots of anger for me losing) playing badminton with my sister and mother. We also play chess with my sister, us always being in a draw. We also took care of our baby brother. We did some household chores. When we enrolled and got our books, i spent nights advance studying our new books so i would have in mind what our lessons would be for the school year. This explains why i'm so smart :-). So, ok, i'm done, for now, because i may edit this next time!

Almost Class Opening!

Hurray! It's almost class opening! I'm an incoming Sophomore! New teachers, new classmates to meet. And most importantly, new and more opportunities to come. I'm so excited to learn new things for the school year. But, when their are good things to come, their are also bad. More backstabbers, of course, peer pressure, and many more bad things to encounter in school. But i can handle them like most students do.

The things I like in school days are:

• Meeting new friends
• Meeting new teachers
• More projects
• More assignments
• More clubs to join
• More fun activities
• Getting high grades!
• Getting credit for activities
• Being leader of group activities
• Investigatory projects
• And most importantly, learn new things!

Do you know why i'm so excited to start this school year? It's because when i was a Freshman, i did do very well for the school year being the Freshman Student of the Year and Highest First Honor with full scholarship! I also joined lots of clubs, including peer counselors' club, book lovers club, Yes-O, Filipino, THE, Capitol Courier and many more I kind of forgot. I joined the Chess in the Intramurals when it turned out that we won 3rd place! I was also awarded Champion on the Mini Math Olympiad for the whole First Year! I also joined most essay writing contests in our school to represent my section. Even though i did not win, the experience i had was what i want and i'm very proud that our adviser chose me to represent the section. So you see, this is why i'm so excited to start another school year ahead of me next week and i wanted it to be better than the previous school years.
