The day started the same as before, I woke up very early as usual during school days because of the ringing of the alarm, and I did those other usual routines, like taking a bath, breakfast, and many others! We also arrived in school very early too, like before.
When I arrived in school, I met up with some of my friends, then talked about random stuff, and when it was the time for the first period/session, our teacher/advisor arrived, then she talked and discussed about what we learned from yesterday's orientation-seminars. As usual, we have those laughs, and all. And because many could not answer our teacher's questions well, or could not respond directly, we discussed about this thing called Communication. We knew that if "response" is missing, Communication isn't complete, or something like that.
After that, we elected classroom club officers! Hooray! Well, we just elected on the English Club, then when it came to Math, Filipino, Social Studies (Araling Panlipunan), T.H.E (Technology and Homeroom Economics), and Values, our teacher just appointed some classmates of mine per position, and of course she also asked some suggestions on who to put in that position from my classmates too! Yay! I was elected as Secretary for English Club! I'm also very happy the time when my teacher appointed me as President for Math Club! I thought that it was just a joke, but when I knew it was real, I was jumping with joy, within me! haha..xDD Math is my most favorite subject of all time! And I'm not kidding, or being frank! :D I don't care how
I'm also appointed as Social Manager for Filipino, P.R.O (Public Relations Officer) for Social Studies, Treasurer for Values, I'm part of the Peer Counselor's Club and Capitol Courier. We haven't elected officers in those two latters yet, maybe next week there would be an election, or a month later.
Here comes the Overall Election of Club Officers! Since we would attend the highest position we're in classroom club officers, I attended Math Club! I had found out that two of my rivals in first honors are there! Aha! haha..xDD Cool! LOL! :D I sat beside one of the two by the way. She's really good at drawing Manga characters, that's why I enjoy sitting beside her because I love to see what, or how she draws!
Back to the overall election of club officers, we started with a prayer, yes, then our club moderator addressed the welcome message. After that, she then appointed a fourth year student who is good at Math to be the Club President! Then, the floor was open for nomination for other positions! The Club President nominated me as Vice President, then another student (I forgot who he or she is) nominated my first honor rival (LOL). I was thinking that this would really be a very, very close votation result with her! But it turned out that I was way ahead of the votes! Yay! 17-6, with me as 17! Yahoo! Hooray! haha..xDD I'm Vice President, yeah! I was very, very, VERY thankful to the one who nominated me, and to those who voted for me! But our Math Club moderator decided to make the Vice Presidents two, the Internal and External! So, there's no hurt feelings between us two! Then we're off to the secretary, treasurer, auditor, P.R.O, Social Manager, and Sgt. At Arms. One club member nominated himself for the Sgt. At Arms position, and was automatically appointed to that position! Wow! Our club moderator was very impressed by the member's attitude, that he bravely nominated himself! Even me, I admire students, or even other people, like that!
After the election of officers, we had some brainstorming for some school activities we would do related to Math! And oh man, we were very silent! LOL! xD Very few of us suggested some activities, and ended up having few suggestions too! haha.. :D We only had 5 (or 6) suggestions for Math activities. The Club President kept on asking us three (the first-honor-trio), and none of us were sure on what to suggest! I was thinking of the Quiz Bee, but thought it's very common already, and the same for the Sudoku Contest! Too bad I didn't have the guts to say my suggestions, because they were accepted after all! Some other club members suggested these exact two suggestions! T_T huhu...They stole my idea! LOLjk! Well, it's okay, there's always a next time! haha..
And oh! Here's something new! Our club moderator suggested that we would have rigid reviews on the MTAP (Mathematics Teachers' Association of the Philippines) Math Challenge, and she would pick students who are talented in Math, then, yeah, she'll have a rigid review with them. That would start as early as July. I'm excited! haha...Finally! My Math teacher had thought of this! Now when it comes to January, the month of the MTAP Math Challenge, we could answer the questions well! Thank you, thank you! :D
After the suggestions, club officers were told to say a speech, on anything about the club! Oh man! The President came first, and next, ME! OMG, I'm not really so sure on what to say! Then I ended up stuterring some sentences and all, and when combined, I said something like, "Hello everyone! Thank you to those who voted for me! I hope we could cooperate on our activities, then, yeah." See? Then next came the external vice! She couldn't think of any message to say, so, she said that she "agrees" on what I said! I LOLed at that..haha..She was really pushed to giving her own message, but she ended up saying the similar stuff I said, but only on the "cooperate" thing. Well, I did not laugh as much as I can, knowing I had experienced this too before.
Despite having a hard time on giving that message, I still love being a Vice President! It's for my GRADES, and EXPERIENCE! We may never know I might enter politics, and if I do, I already know how being an officer goes! :) Or if I could be a manager on a company, I would already know how to lead others to the right path!
Other club officers also gave their speech, and also had a hard time with it, so, we're not alone! haha...
We went back to our respective classrooms for the bulletin board structuring! It went well, the output, even though it isn't finished yet, is already great! I really love it!
It rained this afternoon. This is another thing why I love this day. And, we also went home early!
We changed to our house clothes and ate dinner as soon as we arrived home, as usual, then I proceed to my laptop and surfed the net!
About the laptop, our advisor told us that we are already allowed to bring our laptops in school because we now have this researching on our new school learning system. We have a laptop, but we do not have those things called Smart Bro or Globe Tattoo, so, I don't know if whether I'm allowed to bring this laptop I'm using now or not. If I'm not allowed, it's okay, maybe, just maybe, I could always use the school library's internet, or I also could always do the researching at home.
What I did on the Internet was checking out cool photos on Facebook Fan Pages, and I also found this cool music video of Justin Bieber! Somebody to Love!
It has a lot of dancing, and cool effects! I never knew Justin Bieber could ever dance like that! The music video is really cool, isn't it? I rate it 5 stars!
Well, that's it for now! I'll bloghop after this, then I'll go to sleep! :)
EDIT: Ciel gave me an award! Yay! Thanks so much sis! :)
I'm going to pass this to all of my good friends here in my blog! You know who you are! ;)---Another end of the post! I'll post what happened on this day later! :)
