Who Knows How To Dougie? xD

Hello everyone! Here I go again, naming a blog post after a song I had LSS recently! "Who knows how to dougie?" was the question I was thinking of at the moment, because of the song "Teach Me How To Dougie". hahah! Get it? 'Coz I wanna learn how to dougie and I want someone to teach me. LOL, I'm just kiddin'. xD But seriously, I wanna learn how to dance well, but I guess it's too late though, 'coz from the start I don't have the talent in dancing, so, yeah, nevermind about that.

See this hiphop dance? Cool, right? :))

And oh, this just taught me how to dougie. LOL

First of all, I would like to apologize for the extremely (lol, just exaggerating) lack of updates in my blog. It's just that I was SOOO BUSY in school that I had to manage everything related to it first before enjoying myself on the Internet.

So, last week, we had our orientation for the Guidance, Catechism, and the Library. Well, these are only from last Thursday, which, on this day, I learned a lot, like, I discovered that I'm a Visual-Auditory Learner, which means that I understand or learn better with what I see and hear. This is actually true, combining these two learner types on me because it could be applied on any situation I encounter. Like for example, when during discussions, I don't fully understand visual aids (or writings on the board) alone, and I also wouldn't understand wholly if there's only audio. So, in order for me to understand that well, there should always be visual AND audio stuff right there. Get what I mean? :D And yes, I am that different from the others. xD I guess that's why I do good in my lessons because both of those are always there in a class discussion. lol. And notes are VERY important to me; without them, I couldn't remember a thing on the discussion. LOLjk. I still can but only a few. And due to the fact that what's written AND discussed by the teacher would possibly come out on any test he/she gives, notes are ALWAYS handy! :))

And for Catechism, I'm looking forward to the retreat already! You know, that one activity that brings us batchmates all together, and to our Almighty God? Yes, the retreat's one of my most anticipated events for the school year! Even though having an overnight stay would be expensive, I just hope that it would push through. I'd love to know how it feels like to sleep with my classmates/schoolmates comfortably unlike camping. LOL. hahah!

And oh, for the Library, since every year the orientations are the same, afterwards when we had the quiz, it was pretty easy! And guess what? Almost all of us got perfect! hahah! The results were posted recently.

And last Friday, we had an orientation on Safety Issues and the Canteen, then afterwards it's the overall club elections! :D It was exciting though, and I was also nervous at the same time because, since I'm 4th Year already, high positions are expected on me. Turned out I was right. I was appointed as the President of Math Phobia Breakers' Society, A.K.A the Math Club, since I was the Vice President of the club before last year. You know, it is pretty hard being the President of a club like this, and not only clubs like these, but also other organizations which will involve officers. xD Being President, I have to face one of my biggest fears, which is public speaking. LOL, it was so awkward talking in front, presiding the nominations and elections, not knowing exactly what to say, being shy and all. xD How do I ever overcome this fear? Can you give me some tips? :O

But anyway, despite that disadvantage of me being President, I will do my best to change from shy, silent-type to the outgoing, loud-type of person! LOL. I hope that's possible! xD I was just wondering how I'll ever become just that within 10 months. ROFL.

Then again, I would like to thank God for giving me this challenge. I guess this is just a silent way of preparing me for something for the future? I'll just see about that.

And, last Saturday, June 11, 2011, was my blog's 2nd Birthday! :)) Well, I would just like to thank everyone who became part of my blogging life, and hurray for 117 Followers!! :D And thank you ate Pearl for inspiring me to blog in the first place! ^^, Without her blog, I wouldn't have been blogging now. LOL xD So, that's it for my blog birthday message! :) Thank you also to friends I've met here, and my stay in the blogging world was really worth it.

For this week, it was really hectic! X( From the first day of regular class, we already have assignments. Everyday, there are assignments I guess? Then here comes the SBO meeting, which, after that would be the making of the minutes and some other files like the Resolution which I was kinda confused on how to write it, but accomplished it anyway ;) . Then here's this action plan I had to make for the Math Club, which was kinda challenging to make since I had to think of great objectives for it to be approved. xD And oh, another thing that takes up my time would be researching for the Investigatory Project, and I had to find a great one so that PHP 20,000.00 will come to me , I mean, along with my group members of course. LOL. But actually, that money is only for the making of the Investigatory Project, but if there's some allowance, BIG allowance, I would be so happy! Finally I could add some money to my savings and use it to buy some needs or wants. Gosh, PHP 20,000.00 is a great big motivation for me to ace our Investigatory Project! :))

Last but not the least, I would talk about today! Well, today has some good AND bad happenings.

For the good, I was appointed by our school publication moderator as the Editor-in-Chief, since I was the Associate Editor last school year (but to tell you honestly, I didn't know that until the school newspapers were up. LOL). This would really be a great experience for me, and a great way to develop my talent in writing, as I do love doing just that! Imagine? Leading a staff with doing what I love? That's pretty cool. :)) I'm so thankful to that teacher of mine who appointed me, and to God too, for the opportunity He gave! I hope I could do my best to manage the school publication well. xD I will try to contribute a lot of articles this time! :D

For the bad, I missed a lot on the ONCE IN A LIFETIME moment which is called the Bayan Mo iPatrol Mo. I didn't have any souvenir from that event. I wasn't able to be in my friends' pictures (which I would've wanted to be one form of remembrance for the event). The reason for missing that once in a lifetime opportunity was because of the RAIN, or STORM would be the appropriate term. See what the storm did to my day?? Mother Nature, how cruel can you be? :'( Honestly, I hadn't been utterly cruel to her, or at least I don't remember. I missed one of the most important events for the school year! I would've made a difference or something. LOLjk. Seriously, it was an important event to attend to because it would've been the first article I could ever write on the school paper! gaaaaaaaah !! I know, I could assign another staff member of mine to write the article, but believing in my own capabilities myself, and because of what my teacher told me about taking charge of the event, I know that I could've been the one who would've written the article. Or just asking my classmates about what happened or reading articles from the Internet? It would never be the same as witnessing the event myself and write what I thought! Going back to the BMPM, oh well, at least I was able to register, but the only problem was that I wasn't able to complete the form. I hope it was validated though, 'coz I still had another form of person-identifier-thingy-or-whatever-you-call-it, which is the signature. xDD And being registered is very important to me as well, because being part of the student government, it is required since we decided to make it as our initial project for the school year. If it gets validated, HURRAY, if not, oh well %^$%^#$ the universe!

Well, that's it for now! Enjoy the dougie! LOL! xD

Till here :*

Love that song too. I laugh at your request though. On teaching you how to dougie! It sounds so obscene! HAHA.

Anyway, Retreat was fun! One of the most memorable thing in highschool. :)
Goodluck!
