Oh Yes I'm Back! :)

OMG! I'm finally back here! At last, I had the time to update this blog, or had the mood to do it! Anyway, how is everyone doing? I'm so sorry that it took me long to come back. I guess this is the longest unannounced hiatus I had for my blog. Well, it surprised me that I grew a large number of views, number of people online, and the number of followers, but sadly, I lost a follower recently after that, maybe because he/she was discouraged about me not posting anything for a long time. So, I'm really sorry for that. I hope I could get back to everyone!

The highlights for these past few days (or, more of a month) would be that we had been busy with the Investigatory Project, exams, and oh! I got my report card already, but too bad I still don't have my digital camera to take a picture of it, so, I could not show it to you. But I like my grades though. They weren't as low as last school year. To describe it, there were mostly 97s in it, a couple of 98s, a 95, 96, and a 94. I thank God for these grades. :D You know, I really thought that I'd get low grades because of my bad exams (well, I guess they're not going to be that bad to you. haha!), but viola! They weren't what I expected them to be! They're actually too high from my expectations. LOL.

Aside from those, I had also been busy with joining quiz bees, INTERSCHOOL Quiz Bees to be specific. But sadly, I, along with my fellow participants, weren't able to win .. that is, for the first quiz bee I joined which was sponsored by the Rotaract. But, the 2nd quiz bee I joined, which was the APPSCO Super Quiz Bee, I almost won! The declaration of winners were by district, and I had a tie breaker along with a participant from another school, so, I was only 2nd Place to him. But I was still happy though! It was my first time to ever reach that kind of level! \m/ I was simply ecstatic! Beyond my expectations indeed. Well, now I learned a good thing about not expecting too much! :)) From now on, I will maintain that habit.

But "not expecting too much" took a wrong turn one time. During our COSAA Chess Tournament, I wasn't able to win even once, as what I expected it to be. xD So, well, it didn't really hurt me, but the fact that my team mates were counting on me was the thing that bothered me most. But, I won't rant about it anymore because it's finished. I'll just make it up to it next time. :D

And oh, tomorrow's our big day for the Math Club, since it's the opening of the Science and Math Month! We had a new game this year, and it's the Amazing Number Race. It's just like The Amazing Race, but the challenges are less harsh, and we added solving numbers to it. I really hope it's going to be successful!

Well, that would be it for now! :) To make this post informative like the previous post I had, I would like to share this website: http://www.omg-facts.com/ . It shows countless facts, which are almost unbelievable to us. xD So, yeah.

By the way, we made tuna/corned beef empanadas today, and they're delicious! :D haha! Just sharing. :">

And oh! It's almost my birthday! WOOH! \m/ 8 days to go!
