Stressing Out!

Hello there everyone! How are you all doing? Me, I'm doing great, it's just that I was frustrated a bit about something, but I'll tell you after I elaborate some important highlights last week as what I had promised from my previous post! :)

And speaking of elaborating them, I decided to do it for the Leadership Seminar part instead, since the other points are enough said already. haha

• May 21 - 22, 2011.
 I waited for the Judgement Day, but thank the Almighty God it did not happen! But I do hope that October 21 wouldn't be the end of the world. :( There are still a few more months to go for us to know. There are already signs, but wth? I should try not to give much attention to them so that we wouldn't be so paranoid. haha

• May 23 - 25, 2011. 
The best days of the week! It was our 3-Day Leadership Seminar, and it was fun-filled, full of laugh trip, and we also learned a whole lot! My attendance was truly worth-it! :)) Too bad I won't get to participate in it anymore next year, since I'll be leaving high school already. :( But that would be okay! There are better things to come someday! :D

• May 26, 2011. 
This day, we finally enrolled, but too bad the books can't be released yet. (-_-) I want to read them already pa naman. But that's okay, for the First Week of Classes we won't use books yet, then I still have a few days to read them in advance! :)

• Then, I also had enough of Facebook likes making people who have a lot of them seem so attractive and I'm not, so, refer to the previous post to know all about it. xD

• I am also working on my new header, here's a screenshot:

CUBED SBO Leadership Training Seminar

The Central Student Government. They served as our ever dynamic facilitators. We learned a lot from them, and they're also fun to be with too. ;)

Yes, we also played Patintero, and oh look! I got caught. HAHAH. I know, I'm a bad player. xDD It's been so long actually since I had played it. I used to be so good at it (just kidding).

Then there's me with a somewhat haggard appearance. HAHAH. And yes, I was reading, and didn't give a care to how I look (I don't care if there are photographers all over. LOL). I just don't feel that vain that time. xD

LOL. Looks like I really enjoyed the seminar, right? I REALLY DID. :)) And yes, I also enjoyed putting on the captions. hahaha.

Then, the past few days after my previous post was written, mostly they were spent going to the mall to buy school supplies, and while on the net I try to find ways on how to earn money online, then I also found a domain hosting site, secretkiss.org. Actually, I just signed up for the subdomain 'coz it's free. xD I don't even have money on Paypal, sooooooo, if you have a genuine heart (and if you have money of course), please do donate me some money, even if it's just one dollar. :D I will do my best to pay you back once I find a way to earn online here, and of course, if you want, you could tell me things about that.

So, this is the part where I became frustrated (although I don't feel the intense frustration anymore because I had written that happy topic about the LTS). Isn't it that when you apply for a domain or a subdomain, they send you log in details? Yes, the host sent me just that, and you know what? The username seems to be invalid when I logged in to the cPanel. :'( And the host says that I should try it again because it worked on her and to make sure that there are no extra spaces added, so, I did just that, then, the result was the same; I still wasn't able to get in to that cPanel of my website. I logged in again and again, and then again and again that it seemed like I did it a hundred times already which led me to frustration. I do hope that she replies immediately though. I really need to learn about applying for and setting up domains and subdomains already since I am planning to take up a computer-related course when I get to college, and yes, I am sure that these things will come out.

I going to use my Wordpress blog for the subdomain by the way. :))

And speaking of college, I'm already a few steps away to it! Next week, June 6, 2011, is already the opening of classes, and which marks the start of my Senior Year in High School! I know, I should stop thinking too much about college since I still have one year to rock high school, but I just can't help it. xD But I do try my best to stop thinking too much about it though, by thinking about the present of course. :D Senior Year is going to be so memorable, I know it! So I should cherish the moment, starting on that date. I do hope that it would be my best year in high school, as one of my favorite sayings says here, "Save the best for last.".

And by the way, about that negative post I had written which I had deleted already, thanks to some comments of that post, and to my parents' lectures about it, I feel better now. So, enough said. xD Maybe they'll let me delete this part of this post too. LOLjk. Sarcastically speaking.

So, I guess I should make a private blog soon, then invite some close blogger friends of mine to it, so that I could freely express ANYTHING that's on my mind on it.

And oh, it's my baby brother's birthday today! :)) He's 4 years old now. We spent his birthday at a nearby resort. He really did have a happy birthday.

Highlights for the Week! :D

Okay, so this is completely different from the previous post. ahaha! I'm feeling better now. xD

So, what are the highlights this week? I'll bullet them first on this post, then I'll elaborate them tomorrow when I have time to write a blog post. :)

Blogging Till The World Ends (LOL)

Haha! The title's from Britney Spears' song, "Till The World Ends" then I just changed "Dancing" to "Blogging". xD Whad'ya think?

I know, I'm getting crazier already. I had been staring at the laptop screen for how many hours because I was finding a way to convert some HTML codes to XML for my layout. You see, Nik gave me the codes to show the names of people who commented on a post. Here they are: (Thank you sis for the codes! :D)

I also had a bit of an headache with this, so, I hope anyone of you could help me. :) These codes work on my other blog (which is inactive. lol), which has a classic template. But because this layout of mine here is based on XML, these exact codes won't work. :( Anyone of you know how to convert these to XML? (o_O) If it isn't possible, then, oh well, I wouldn't proceed with that change in my blog anymore. -__-

1. "Nyse" is the original spelling of my nickname, but because of some reasons my parents may have, they changed it to "Nice". :)
2. I am very Grade Conscious (or Honor Rank Conscious. LOL), because I tend to do everything I can just to top the Honors' List! But when I fail, the whole world would be crashing down on me. (haha, just exaggerating) But then again, I tend to recover from feeling bad, but that would take a long time actually. -___-

Oh, by the way, my apologies for not updating my blog for the past few days, again, again, and again. ("-_-) Will you forgive me?

For just so you know, I am only allowed to use the internet from around 3-4pm to 10:30pm, and it may somewhat take me 4 to 6 hours to write a blog post (that's why my blog posts always seem to be long. hahaha), then I also need to do some other things like update my other websites (and Tumblr's also my procrastination tool. lol). So, the time may not be enough for me to write a decent blog post. :( AND, because I am a girl, I have this duty to work or do household chores rather, at home (without pay. LOL. just kidding :P), and that's for the whole day. Then, but because today I started earlier, I was able to write this blog post finally! :D So, I hope you understand. ^^,

I also had been through a lot of things these past few days! I get almost 200 questions everyday in Formspring which takes me an hour to answer all, so because of that, I unfollowed one of my spammers, BUT STILL, I still get these many questions. hahahah. But then again, because I answer questions in Formspring when I get really bored, I didn't unfollow all my spammers, just those who spam too much.

Then we also went to the supermarket, department store, and to the mall last Sunday, and we bought this:

Yes, A BONNE Spa Milk Salt. If you have heard about this, then I guess you had read a lot of reviews about this, and yes, my reviews for this would be almost the same as them. This product did smoothen my skin, but it didn't actually whiten my skin YET, but I'm starting to worry though that it didn't. hahah. I really wanted to whiten my skin before school comes, and this isn't helping me. LOL. BUT, the good thing about this product is that it really made my skin smooth! :) I can't wait to try other spa milk products though, so that I could compare. xD I also heard about Yoko, and it got a lot of positive reviews too. Then again, I also found this at an online shop:

You could find proofs of whitening here (click the link). Gosh, I wonder if it's true. wahahahah! xDD 'Coz I want to try it, IF it's available here in CDO, since I'm not allowed to go online shopping yet because of some reasons. -__-

And oh, I almost forgot explaining further the title to you. xD So, some people say tomorrow's Judgement Day, then it's five months to go till the end of the world, and they also say these infos came from the Bible, well, they just cited moments of time from it and calculated, then it lead to tomorrow's date. I don't know if this is true or not, but one thing's for sure, tomorrow's coming near. xD I really do hope that time (the Judgement Day) wouldn't come yet, because it's just too early! I haven't even achieved most of my goals yet! I am looking forward to the opening of classes pa naman. And I haven't even enrolled yet. LOL. But in my personal opinion, I think that this isn't really true. The one who started giving out this fact; who does he think he is? The Bible says only God knows when His time for judgement will come, and he's trying to prove that he is better than Him? To also know that Judgement Day that only God knows when? But I don't know, let's just be prepared, just like a scouter! ;)

So, what else do I need to talk about? Oh yeah! My blog's 2nd anniversary is fast approaching, ..well, it's still on the 11th of June, so it's still a bit far. xD Gosh, I hope time after tomorrow would still be just the way it was. :(

Oh LOL, I'm very random here. I remembered another thing that I was supposed to talk about:: our SBO Meeting to finalize next week's Leadership Seminar was held yesterday, but only a few attended. :| Anyway, it was a really fun meeting! An officer from the College Student Government of our school who facilitated us seems fun to talk to, and we really enjoyed his company! Haha, to tell you guys, most of the topics we talked about was about his high school and college experience. LOL. But don't get us wrong, we also talked about the budgeting for the Leadership Seminar and the seminar itself, how we're supposed to enjoy it, learn from it and all! So, that meeting was really worth-it. :) I didn't regret going to school yesterday AT ALL. hahaha!

May 23 to 25 is our Leadership Seminar by the way, and yes, I am very excited to attend! \m/ I hope nothing goes wrong. lol

And oh, besides attending our student government meeting, I also went to get some enrollment forms and the Good Moral Character of my younger brother because he's going to transfer to another school since he's a full-scholar there, then again because of him being a basketball varsity player, and his opportunity there would be wasted if he doesn't transfer there, so, yeah. He wasn't supposed to transfer but because of the scholarship, he was pushed to transfer. :D So, teachers and schoolmates who could be reading this blog of mine, I hope you understand pretty well. :))

You know, I really need to earn money already! Oh yes, I kept saying this over and over again. And you know what? This is the reason one of the reasons why I want to go to school again, 'coz most of the benefits I want need are there, namely; allowance in the form of money (yes, that's one), adding up what I know, get more physically inclined which leads to losing weight, and I'm going to have a lot of stress which also leads to less eating and losing weight! wahaha!

So, I guess that would be it for now. I'll blog hop tomorrow. \m/ IF it's still going to be a normal day!

I really love the monkeys on the video. LOL. And I enjoyed this video very much and found it a bit funny. xD Then the song really describes every day of my summer. haha! It's like this song should have kept repeating everytime I wake up every morning this summer and weekends of school days. "Today I don't feel like doing anything, I just wanna lay in my bed .. ~" is what I say in my head most of the time whenever I wake up. Can you relate to this song too? :)

Off topic! For the first time of my summer I finally thought about our next school year and what it could bring me. I even thought about which college should I go to.

Well, for the next school year, I finally felt it coming because I thought about our Investigatory Project which we should've been working on this summer, the Student Body Organization meetings, Leadership Seminars, then thinking of these woke me up and enlightened me about the next school year and the so many responsibilities I'm going to have, whether it would be in school or at home, or maybe in the community (I hope). 

Yep, these enlightened me, but at the same time these also made me paranoid, because thinking about 4th Year/Senior Year/Last year in High School would mean one more year till I'm going to be in college. But yes, I'm still not so sure which course I should be taking and where I should study. I thought of the consequences of each university choice of mine:

University of the Philippines (Los Baños or Diliman) - Still uncertain whether I'll be able to pass or not, then if I would, it would still be uncertain whether I'd be able to study there or not since my mother does not agree with me that much on that (studying there) because she's pretty much concerned with my safety and security there especially that I would be very far away from this place where I call home and that Manila is somewhat a cruel place to live in. But I want to study in that university because it's one of the best universities in the Philippines, and all over the world too, my father recommends it for me, and I want to be part of that institution. But, oh well, even though I won't be able to study there in college, I might as well study there for my Master's Degree (then adding up Atty. Dra., and PhD to my name) soon. ;) mwahaha! xD

Xavier University (Ateneo de Cagayan) - Sure, I would know a lot of people here, and yes, this is one of the best universities around in Cagayan de Oro, but still, outside this campus (and inside of the campus itself) would have so many people, criminals, jam-packed crowds outside, and it's simply not the right environment for me. The reason I want to study there is that there are a lot of former classmates and schoolmates I would know there and that I would feel more comfortable because I get to see them everyday in the campus, and my close friends are there too. :| And that this university is pretty much great too. But the environment is what I doubt, and it would also take me long to arrive at the university since traffic's everywhere and that I live far away from there. Oh well, let's see whether I get to study there or not. haha

Mindanao University of Science and Technology - Oh yes, hence from the name, this university is really good when it comes to science and technology. xD And that would also mean they're pretty good at teaching Information Technology. But one friend of mine told me that if people would take up I.T. there, they should know how to play DOTA (Defense Of The Ancients), and I freakin' NEVER want to play that game because it could be addicting to me, it would take me long to understand it fully since the game's for boys then I'm a girl and then again I could not relate that much, and I guess this wouldn't help me intellectually. But I don't know, maybe this is just a rumor, but what if it's true? xD I don't want to play DOTA .. trololol. But if I have too, then, oh well, I will, but I should be careful not to get addicted to it. hahah. One great thing about studying here would be that it's nearer to our house and that it is also very near to Limketkai Center, where everything I ever need (whether it's for school or my wants) is there, and that my mother also wants me to study in this university, and my father too. So .. let's just see where I'd be able to study.

I still got 1 year to decide which university and course I should take up!! :D And I should not regret whatever choice I'd make. God, please help me!

And speaking of God, do you agree that May 21, 2011 is His Judgement Day? Because I doubt whether it would really happen or not. They say that after that date, the world will never be the same again, we, the people left behind, would suffer greatly, then 5 months later, in October 21, 2011, would be the end of the world. But I've come across this other site, and pretty much read ALL the comments, and they mostly said that only God knows when the end of the world will come, and not even Jesus knows when his second coming would be, and that even the Bible says we are uncertain when time will come and nobody knows for sure. If they're right, I would be relieved from those false predictions! hahah! I HOPE THEY'RE RIGHT. They should be. LOL. Geez, I should've read the Bible at all times. I will read the Bible from now on, especially on The Book of Revelation (because my mother says future predictions are there).

Off topic again! Back to my school topic, I guess I should worry for the next school year first rather than college, but it's also a good thing to start thinking for college too, right?

So, for next school year, I heard that there were already a lot of changes made in school, particularly the faculty. I heard that there are new teachers, new appointments/assignments of teachers, the assigned advisors, the schedules, the class programs, and maybe also the environment. I wouldn't know all of these yet for sure until I would be able to visit school upon enrollment or the SBO meeting and the leadership seminar, and the first day of school. xD These are just some rumors, but for the part about the teachers, they're true, but not yet finalized. Gosh, I'm so excited! hahah! I can't wait to see school again. LOL. Whatever the changes may be, I would still be eager to start a whole new school year!

Oh yes, I am feeling the school spirit already! waaah! I want to buy new stuff already! I want to buy school supplies, and maybe I'm going to start writing on a planner too! I want to be more organized from now on, and I also want to get creative -- oh, wait, I need a sketchbook for that! haha! So, maybe I'd buy a sketchbook too, I hope.

National Bookstore is going to be very, VERY crowded again especially now that school is coming near. It is possible to buy school supplies ahead, but we still don't know for sure our requirements for school, but then again, pen, pad paper, and a notebook are sure things to buy. xD It's just the colors of notebooks, their sizes, the colors of the folder, and whatnot that we need to be sure of before buying those.

Another off topic. I just want to ask you, how do you lose weight? It's just that I want to be slim like a lot of good-looking girls then I would also look good on fashion finds I usually see in malls. hahaha. Can you recommend some tips? LOL. I would want to lose weight before school time, so, yeah. Pretty pretty please? :)) Thank you so much! xD

Ever since this went in style, I became fond of tops like these! It's so casual, and I like it. xD I just wish I could tone down my arms so that this would really look good on me. LOL.

I keep on eying for items like this on online stores. ahaha! This is why I stay on Facebook for a long time now. xD

Hello! My usual greetings to you all bloggers and readers! :) How's life, and how have you been doing? Well, if you ask me, here I am, not updating my blog that much, and I am again and again very sorry for that. But I have valid reasons for that this time. I had been on an Internet badge hunt yesterday and the other day, then yesterday I also wrote on my money-making blogsite Triond. Here are my 2 new articles: Mother's Day and In a Teen Party Mood? :) ! :D And, there are a lot more articles in my Triond profile. I had also been making a digital scrapbook page for my mother, or whatever you may call it. haha, This is what I mean:

So, what do you think? :D Yes, the poem written there came from what I posted in Triond, and yes, I made this all by myself, with a little help from my design inspiration, the Candy Magazine and inspiration from my family. :) Teen Filipina girls, if you do read the magazine, you may notice that it may somewhat have some similarities with this. To some who haven't read this magazine yet, I strongly recommend it to you. :)) It discusses some of the most vital matters girls like us have, and it has great designs too that may get you motivated to read it. ;)

Anyways, Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there especially mine! :) I hope you let them know how much we love them and that how thankful we are to them. :D

Food is actually one of those gifts as I consider (lol) and I also received a new pair of peep-toe flats and an UPCAT reviewer, then my sister received her ever-wished new issue of Candy Magazine and flats. ;) Then other family members received their respected gifts too. :D

This is what I've been talking about, the Candy Magazine! :)) Girls, trust me, you'll love what's in there. :D

The UPCAT reviewer! :D The Filipino and English subjects were the easiest subjects in there. haha! But Science and Reasoning were also easy, and yes, Math "is never easy" as they say. LOL, however, I find some topics easy though, just, SOME. xD

I do hope my parents would agree to buy me a new set of clothes. (hahah) But if they do not permit me, oh nevermind. xD I just want something new for the First Week of School after all.
