Last Monday, me and some of my fellow sellers from the realty attended the One Oasis Sellers' Orientation Program. We were introduced to the history and origin of the project's developer, Filinvest, as well as the know-hows of One Oasis itself and the booking process if ever we'll be able to sell one of their units soon. As a disclaimer, my only affiliation I may have with the developers of the projects I will be writing about is that I am accredited to them and they did not pay me in any way. There are subdivisions and condominiums that I haven't been in a Product Knowledge Seminar (PKS) yet but the realty I'm in is accredited to them so I would still include them here.

Another disclaimer would be that there may be developments that I wasn't able to include here and these are just the subdivisions and condominiums that I know of as of the moment.
