I have lost my will to blog

This blog is pretty much abandoned. I honestly do not know what to do with it anymore. It has been infested with spam-bots, and it just turned 11 years old last June 11, 2020, which I feel bad now for not celebrating it.

Running to You

It seems so easy to become infatuated with someone, as well as falling in love. All it takes is a look in his eyes, an appreciation of his appearance and traits, and then now, you're hopelessly captured by his charm. At most times, it's with an unexpected person, which is why love always seems to be a gamble.

But sometimes, it takes more than just that. There are times when initially, you don't even have an interest with that person, but because of some external and collateral factors that lead to a potential romance, well, you could still fall into the trap.

Moving On

Heartbreaks, disappointments, embarrassments, and failures. We move on from different things in life, and these are just some of them. There are some of us who find it easy to move on, especially on trivial matters, but for most of us, it will be hard.

Some of what I will be writing may be based either on mere observations or personal experiences. Since I feel like writing a sentimental post due to this rainy season, I would like to do just that.

Here's to writing a melodramatic post while I take a break from studying and also for me to take the time to reflect on myself.

What do I really want?

What do you do when you're torn between pursuing your hobbies and that profession you've been eying on since the time you were asked what you wanted to be when you grow up?

Since it's the Holy Week, it's about time that I take my time to reflect on my aspirations.

A Year after my Graduation: What have I learned?

It's graduation season today. The batch next to ours will graduate anytime soon in the next few days. I bet they're excited. Finally, all their hard work, their sleepless nights, all those blood, sweat, and tears, they all paid off. Once they secure soft copies of their graduation pictorial outputs, one by one they'll be changing their profile pictures and writing their own speeches along with these, thanking everyone who had been part of their journey to where they are now.

I was once in their shoes.

Now one year had passed by. Actually, one (1) year and twelve (12) days to be exact.

So, within these 378 days, what have I been up to? More importantly, what have I learned?

Batch 2016: My Life after Graduation

What now? This is the usual question we ask ourselves when we're approaching a new beginning in our lives.

I'm not ready

Couples posting their status updates about how in love they are with each other.
Couples posting their selfies and portrait shots.
Couples posting their sweet conversations.

While I, a single person right here, just sits here in front of my laptop or my tablet, scrolling up and down through all these posts.

A Forever Spent with You, or Not

Our life is a cycle. One moment we're teenagers, and while we're at it, we'd be finding the one we'd be spending our whole life with until the end of time. Whether we like it or not, we're going to fall in love with someone we may or may not end up with. We may experience heartbreaks along the way, and they would say that it's just the way it is because we're just one step closer to our happy ever after. It just means that we weren't able to choose the right person to love. Admittedly we sometimes fail to foresee the possibility that that person may not be the one because we're so blinded by love.
